Account Access & Login Help

No account is required to submit service or warranty requests. However, having an account may streamline access to saved product details and service history.

Yes, it is the same login used across all sites.

After registering, you should receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to activate your account. If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new confirmation email. For further assistance, contact marketing@stoddart.com.au.

Customer Service Portal Help & Support

The model and serial number are typically located on the rating plate attached to your equipment (usually at the back). If you’re unsure, contact the Stoddart Service Team for guidance.

If you're unable to locate your product using the serial number, contact spares@stoddart.com.au and our team will assist in identifying legacy or custom equipment.

A product serial number is required to enable full access to all tiles. Entering only the brand and model will limit access to the first three tiles.

We're continually expanding our how-to guide library. In the meantime, refer to the user and installation manuals for helpful information.

Store Help: Orders, Parts & Payments

If you have the part number, use the search bar at the top of the page. Otherwise, go to the Customer Service Portal, enter your serial number, and click "View Spare Parts" to find a diagram and part list for your unit.

Use the enquiry form in the Customer Service Portal or email spares@stoddart.com.au with your model and serial number. We'll help you identify the correct part.

Prices shown are list prices. Once logged in, your trade or dealer pricing is applied automatically.

Login to your account to see your tailored pricing. Discounts apply automatically based on your profile.

When logged in, any items added to your cart will remain saved until you place the order or remove them manually.

Currently, credit card is the only accepted payment method for online orders. If you have a trade account, you can continue ordering through your usual offline channels.

A flat shipping fee of $35.00 + GST applies.
